I just bought a dishwasher. It told me to add pickup in checkout. We tried and tried to do picked up. And it would not work. So to get my dishwasher I had to $29 dilivery fee. Even after I paid for it went in to change delivery status and and all it would do I'd just spin and not load!

Internal service error. Can’t make app purchases. Totally unacceptable for a merchant this large in today’s world.

This app is pretty good because it does a good job of telling you where things are. It would be a far better app if the bar code reader would work. Most of the time I get "product not found" when Im holding the product in my hand.

If you put in tankless electric water heater 17 kw, it still gives you all of the tank water heaters plus all of the gas water heaters and ignores the 17 kW. Putting quote marks around the words that you want in the description doesnt help.

I love the new style! Keep it up Lowes.

This app does not adjust to my using a keyboard automatically. It does portrait only and not landscape. You need to have one for Ipads that do this adjustment. It makes it tough to type my search and read the results. Otherwise i might as well go through google every time.

The app has seen some obstacles, but the new look and feel is a great improvement. Shopping list and multiple store location swaps are great. I would like to see interaction in the shopping cart improved. Great job!!

Clearly lowes doesnt care about your privacy...

The new app is ok but why would the detailed product filters get removed. A very poor decision indeed.

Didnt have time to register, just entered, clicked on shop, put in my search request and found what I needed. Cant ask for better performance.

I have used the app for many years now to track purchases for property management purposes. Since it has updated it has caused me nothing but problems. I cannot easily track purchases vs returned items. My purchase history at times doesnt even show anything. I feel like they are compacting many features into one app and its not capable of handling everything.

The new app is not nearly as helpful as the old version. It is slow (probably because of the pretty background pictures). The lists dont work and the heart list only works on one device. Please add back the old features or make that version available still. Suffering in rural America!

I find the app very useful because I can track all my Lowes purchases. The app is also great because I use it for my returns, no recipes needed.

Loading the cart takes a painfully long time, both on Wifi and LTE. If the cart even loads, and I decide I want to remove an item from my cart, it restarts the whole process. It seems that this issue exists on the mobile website as well (using Safari). Also, it would be wise to turn product images within the cart into links to product pages so I can compare items in my cart (since Im often told Im unable to add items to a Quick List). In short, look at what Amazon is doing with their Wish Lists and Shopping Cart - and copy that.

This app is awful. You can search, but any attempt to sort or filter your search fails. You didnt really want to zero in on one or two products anyway.

I live 45 minutes outside of town in the boondocks. I use the app often to shop and my order is always ready and complete.

Has basic but limited features I need to plan, organize materials to my next project. Nice : Shows store stock qty. Map a searched item on floor plan of selected store. Must have features not in this app (November 2016) (1) Integrated cost estimate sheet of a selected materials list I can juggle materials/qty to meet a target budget. (2) Enable multiple material list I can name them. New feature benefit : Promote store loyalty. Promote one visit shopping. Demote price hunting of small items. Reduce planning time to next purchase.

The feature where I can find what aisle a product is in at a particular store is really great, but theres no option to only use my location when the app is open, like most apps have. Its either always or never, so I end up choosing never to save battery and for privacy. How could they have missed this? Why wouldnt they just give the third option like other apps? I have to remember to turn off location tracking for the app every time after using it to find something in a store.
