Lowe's Home Improvement App Reviews

This app allows users to shop all departments and subcategories that Lowes sells. On the item page you will see its price, product information, specifications, reviews, an option to save for later, availability for in store pickup, and more. When searching or browsing results can be filtered by brand, price, rating or even subbrand. Results can even be organized by price, brand and customer ratings. Users can also create a quick list for store specific items. From the the side menu users can access store locator, weekly advertisements, gift card balance and store videos. Some users may have trouble though trying to view videos as I did. Users can also use help tap to contact customer care. In the app there is also a store map and setting for preferred store. Users who have a My Lowes account can also sign in and mange their membership.

Lowes obviously hasnt spent a dime on their website or apps for a long time they also dont like a sewing online good this app is not worth your time.

No problem logging into account. Not sure that should be worth a star but there you go. I wouldve thought using the app in the store might help me find an item that associate couldnt locate. Maybe that could be a feature request. Too much time spent in store searching for stuff.

Why do you force users to upgrade? If we choose not to then the app can no longer be used, so goodbye app! There are others to choose from.

This app require you to give it location services permissions all the time or not at all. This means that if want to find the nearest Lowes store based on your current location you have to allow the app to track your location all the time. I value my privacy so this app gets one star.

Pitiful app compared to Home Depots. And the fact that they have only an iPhone version is really dumb. You can use the iPhone version on an iPad but it is embarrassingly crude. At best this app is nothing more than a token effort.

Worst App on the App Store period. The whole purpose of an app for any retailers is to find product, Price and to see if they have in stock. This does none of those thing. I was looking for motion sensor lights and no matter what search criteria I typed it came up with only one result. You guys can learn a lot from Home Depot App.

I placed an order on the app and when I checked out, it rejected my order and said to call customer service. I was on the phone waiting for customer service for 20-minutes, I asked if theres an issue with my "my lowes" account and was told theres no issue. I had to place an order with customer service anyways because the app wont let me order. I wasted 30 minutes just to order - not a good thing. In addition, I would like to see improvement on removing items from the cart - allowing users to click on multiple items to be removed from the cart instead of one at a time.

An EXTREMELY helpful app, the Lowes app is wonderful for home improvement projects. It has a Quick List, which is a shopping list that saves on its own. It also tells you if an item is in stock at your Lowes store. Very useful. Lowes! Lowes! Lowes! Wooooooooooooooooo!!!

Love the fact I can locate everything within different stores. Hate the fact I cant use the app in the store bc I dont get a signal in lowes stores and the app needs a constant signal or it throws an error screen??? Hate that the quick list doesnt save my changes anymore.

Decent app, just cannot stand lazy development of not giving customers to have "while in use"

Just got the app and I already have a request. I would like to be able to save the plants I bought and scanned at Lowes garden center so I have a history of the plants in my yard by date, price, type, etc. It would make a great reference. Also would love to be able to have sale alerts on the items I am interested in buying from any department at Lowes.

Cant get beyond selecting a Store Location. Is this an developed by 2nd graders? You cant be serious in thinking this is a viable app.

Cant get back to the highest level on the shop tool. Once there, I cant start over without forcing the app to close. Needs a simple "start over" option.
