Ya update your app so I can write a review from my mobile. Even your customer service rep admitted that I can only leave a review from a laptop.

This app is fantastic on the iPhone. But, seriously, how do you not have compatibility with the iPad yet?

Under My Lowes Preferences, I want the ability to set the default search order to something of my choosing, NOT best match.

Every time I walking into a Lowes the app doesnt work. If Im at home or some other wi-fi spot it works. Who makes an app that doesnt work on the cell network?

One of the annoying aspects of shopping at home improvement super stores is finding a specific item in the store without having to track down an employee. I have used the item location feature twice recently and it worked great. The app pointed me to the specific aisle and bay in the store and I saved several minutes on my shopping trips. You need to make sure the app is set to the store you are in.

The app is decent, especially with identifying an items location in the store. That alone makes it worth having. However, the saved items list wont sync with your other devices unless you create a Lowes account so they can track you, of course! Im sick and tired of everything wanting me to create yet another account; especially when, with iCloud, it is completely unnecessary and therefore to Lowes benefit only! I wish Apple would force their hand on this. I dont want anymore email or snail mail or telemarketing calls!!!

Dont need you to follow me home though. I understand how to turn of the locator while Im not using the app. But you might want to for the next update add the option to only use your location while app is in use. Makes things a lot easier. Thank you.

Recent update disabled the app, fix it.... Previous versions had zero issues

It wouldnt update or delete for me either, but went back to being the great app it is once I restarted my phone.

Great application to assist in finding exactly what I need in store quickly! Since I dont do online shopping or have MyLowes I dont have any complaints regarding previous orders or in store pickups

I did a fresh install of this app so I cant comment on the upgrade issues others were/are having. I think the app is great and well put together. Adding items to lists, having the app tell you exactly where something is in the store is great. If you have the apps from other big box stores on your phone you can comparison shop between them right from the phone using the saved lists. Love it. My one feature Id like to see is better integration for my "MyLowes" membership. Adding purchases after the fact is way easy, just use the camera to scan the barcode. That is great and works perfectly. Id love to see a feature where I can just bring my "MyLowes" barcode up on screen so the cashier can scan it at the register. Thats the only thing that kept me from giving this a 5 star rating.

If you like to get in and out without having to look up and down every aisle to find what you need this is your app

I loved using this app to get in and out of the store in a flash. I can pull up the app, see if the items are in stock, and plan my route throughout the store to expedite my shopping. The 6 times I shopped at lowes the items were in a different location according to the app making my shopping time triple due to finding someone to help. I am not sure if the app is incorrect or the lowes I shop at is stocking their shelves wrong.

One main reason I use the app is to scan SKU label barcodes in empty bays to determine if there is stock elsewhere in the store. Also use it for product information. Scan used to work, it no longer works.

The iPhone 6 has only been out for 1.5 years and they still havent updated their app to support it. Shame on you Lowes!

Usually Im not a guy that likes to use a shopping app that eats up space on my devices... But the Lowes website does not work very well on mobile/tablet devices. Its pretty horrid. Not having an iPad app to use is just pathetic. Even Home Depot has one.

The rest of the app would not be so bad, but the search is still just as terrible as on the web site. Try searching on Home Depot and then on Lowes For anything Even plywood that you can be staring at in the store!!!!

Its otherwise ok. Its just a waste that I need to store credit card information in the app when I have a perfectly good payment option on device which is secured.

Get the lead out, Lowes, because Im shopping at Home Depot instead.
