Particularly helpful finding items in the store and discovering items sold but not stocked. Customer service superb!

Bring back the WISH LIST

Youve lost sales to Home Depot because you removed your Wish List. I like planning ahead by choosing items that I would like to buy in the future. I thought maybe I could use your Cart but at a later date when I come back to view them theyre gone. So frustrating that I would just go to my Home Depot app and us there Wish List and buy later from them. BRING BACK YOUR WISH LIST. Youre make more sales.

ApplePay? Location services?

Lowes needs to fully support ApplePay in this app and at all store locations. Location services needs to be updated to allow while using the app. This app does not need access to my location when its not open.

I downloaded this app a short time back and it sucked, Im looking at some of the reviews and it seems a conscious effort was made to improve the app so time will tell. I certainly hope so I enjoy going to Lowes when I need home improvement stuff, the stores are well kept and theres always help available. Unlike Home Depot that has that unkept look and you can never find an employee if you have a question. I hope to amend this review soon with high praise. 11/17/2016

Basic and plain

Why cant i see the daily deal in the app??? Something you would think would be a key feature for the holidays is missing from the app. The home screen needs more than 3 options or shortcuts.

The absolute worst!

This is a horrible app and it is not surprising! Its just like the store!! HORRIBLE!!! Use the Home Depot app less crashes and its faster!!

Terrible App

Lowes IT department must be headed by relatives of major stockholders or officers of the corporation. It has been terrible for years. I have entered "timber" in the search engine and gotten washers and dryers for results. I usually use the Home Depot website to find what I want then go to Lowes with exact item to find it. As of this moment, I deleted the app and Im reinstalling it because the app will not let me change stores. I have contacted customer service often and they acknowledge the problem but nothing seems to get fixed. Wish there was a Home Depot nearby.

Really good except

The only issue is the flat bed scanners at the self-check out will not read the bar code. I would give 5 stars if there was a hand held scanner at the self check out. I end up asking the associate at self Check out to scan my items so I can use the my lowes app. Consider adding the hand held scanners or a feature to the mobile app to allow scanning the bar code on the receipt to add the purchase

Cant check out.

Why cant people come up with good apps now a days? Where has QA department gone too. I cant checkout and buy what I need with this app. Whats the point of it if I can only add stuff to my cart and cant check out. I was trying to buy something that costs less than $2 and it just showed me a bank white screen when I said check out.

Location?

Why does this app require always monitoring GPS location. Should have the option to use only when in the app...

Dont synch with account

No matter what I do...what is on my account on my computer dont match whats on the app. I log in using the same user ID and password to both but they never display the same items I save or purchase history. Always have to use my computer over the app.

Losing the battle with HomeDepot without a fight

This app just keeps getting worse. First errors with displaying LED bulbs, bad enough I chose not to shop for them at Lowes. Now an error from both the website & app about bathroom accessories. Something is seriously wrong with Lowes IT Dept. What next? Im a male and face it...I wont waste my time or effort at a store if I cant scope things out ahead of time.

App always tracks my location, buggy too

Ive had more than a few frustrating experiences with this app, from the battery draining "always" tracking my location on the background plus the dozens of bugs Ive encountered while trying to find items in a store. Ive even wasted a trip or two trying to find something that the app said was in stock, and wasted even more time wandering isles because the app put me in the wrong one. I suppose those last two werent the app developers fault.

dont waste time

This app falls short. It locks up will using simple search filters. Lowes should embrace the online world and revamp their app.

This app is horrible

Why does the app ask for a 15 digit card/account number? They both are the same number and there are only 14 digits!!!!! Come on

Crash immediately on launch:iPhone6s w/ IOS 9.1

Ov 29,16: new version still crash when open account tab. Enough said. For multi-millions dollars business, i would think Lowes can afford to hire real developer and SQA engineer Or at least fixes this issue immediately.

RIDICULOUS

Some "update". As others have shared, cart fails to load or takes MINUTES to do so. EVERY action takes forever. I could make an actual trip faster. Not worth having after "update". HORRIBLE. Fix it.
