Fantastic app. Problem I have is the app will not recognize my LOWES business card. I shop with the app but can not check out. It call for LOWES consumer card yet I have a LOWES business account. I have to call in every time to chk out and use my business card. Ask each time why and am told "it should". But dont lol. Other than that it is a fantastic app to shop with. I have other cards but try to keep business as business.

Love Lowes but this app doesnt reflect on Lowes well. I tried buying a few items and my cart says loading, thats all it does. Then I tried buying 6 lights but the stores only Cary 2 each so no luck for me. Lowes only allows you to buy 2. Makes no sense.

Its handy to find things in-store, and you can save items to lists, which is nice, but there are a lot of bug fixes, and updates needed. Its constantly signing me out, wont remember my purchased items, and the way you add items to your lists isnt very easy or straight forward. Its not super user friendly, and they need to do a better job of making it that way. Overall, its nice to find things in-store, or even order online, but beyond that dont rely too much on it.

I used to love the Lowes app as much as I love shopping at Lowes stores. However, the recent changes to the app make it next to impossible to find what you are looking for. And, worst of all, every single time I try to filter results I get "Internal Service Error". Is the new Lowes app produced by Home Depot?

Keeps telling me I must upgrade before using the app, sends me to the store. And the store has the same version I have (in fact, I just downloaded it and installed it for the first time five minutes ago) So, I cant even get as far as typing in a search.

Dont waste your time

Lowes needs to have an option of adding gift cards to your account like Starbucks does. Its a pain to have to carry around all the Lowes gift cards I get throughout the year.

Have to go online to see purchase history because the app keeps crashing.

The location services are pretty weird. If Im NEAR the store, card will pop up on the lock screen. But if Im IN the store, no such luck. Have to unlock the phone, find the app, and maybe even log in.

People use iPads also.

Helped me find exactly what I needed... Just wish it had Apple Pay to speed up the check out process and to keep my credit card information secure.

...but could use some improvements like when scanning an item barcode it should NOT say Product Not Available Online and show nothing. It should show complete item info showing not available online. Makes the app half useless.

This update did not complete during installation. Cannot delete and reinstall, cannot download over it. Completely useless at this point. If you use your Lowes app on a regular basis, skip this update.

Loved the in store locator. Actually works great and gets the job done faster

It supports the latest iOS features like Touch ID (no need to type password every time) and wallet (no need to bring my lowes card to store). When in a real store, it can automatically detect which store you are in, and scan bar code for accurate prices.

The app is serviceable to work as a browser but it will not recognize order or invoice numbers for pending orders that I have en route to the store.

The good thing is that it seems pretty stable. You can search for things and it will show you what is in stock. The most annoying thing I found out this morning. If you add some things to your cart for a project you are planning, when you open the app a few hours later your cart is EMPTY!! Arrgh. No wonder Amazon is so successful...

Love the in-store locations, but please save the password for MyLowes so that I dont have to enter my password every time I want to have the cashier scan my card.

On January 21, 2016, I contact at Lowes warranty service center, in order to schedule service of my refrigerator. On January 22, Lowes representative scheduled a local contractor to come to my house and inspect my refrigerator. The service representative indicated that and evaporated needed to be ordered. After not hearing from them for two days I contact the local service provider who indicated they were waiting for authorization from Lowes to order evaporator. On January 26 evaporate was finally ordered. Today is February 4, 2016, two weeks after I requested service. As of today my refrigerator is still broken and I have not received a schedule repair date from Lowes or their representative. I have contacted Lowes warranty services to resolve this issue a total of four times, and each time I have received no resolution. In light of this I will never purchased a major appliances from Lowes.

This app is nice for shopping but it needs to add a way to pay the lowes card easier.
